Founded in 2013 by Patricia Brown — a dual-licensed lawyer with experience in both Ontario, Canada and Michigan, USA — our firm was built on the belief that every client deserves fair treatment, clear guidance, and tenacious representation.

Patricia’s commitment to justice began early. Raised in Toronto by a hardworking immigrant mother, she learned the value of perseverance and an unrelenting work ethic — qualities she brings to every case she handles. These roots drive her passion for advocating on behalf of individuals navigating some of life’s most challenging legal situations.
